The Kappa swivel castor features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from iron forged, heavy material and incorporates two ball races, reinforced or stainless swivel bearing system for enhanced durability and smooth operation. The wheel comprises a polyamide, super heavy body material with tread material identical with wheel body, ensuring consistent performance characteristics, whilst the precision ball bearing provides reliable rotation with minimal friction. The wheel diameter measures 80 mm and the overall height is 135 mm. Load specifications include dynamic capacities of 1200 kg at 3 km/h, 1200 kg at 4 km/h, and 1000 kg at 6 km/h, with a static load capacity of 2000 kg. This castor is specifically designed for demanding applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems.
