The Alpha swivel castor features a small rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet and incorporates a precision two ball race swivel bearing system for smooth directional movement. The wheel comprises a polyamide body with an identical polyamide tread material, providing excellent wear resistance and chemical compatibility. The wheel is equipped with roller bearings for reduced rolling resistance and measures 80 mm in diameter. The castor has an overall height of 108 mm, making it suitable for medium-duty applications. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 200 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h and a static load capacity of 400 kg, ensuring reliable performance under varying operational conditions whilst maintaining structural integrity.
