The Footmaster swivel castor is a robust mobility solution engineered for demanding industrial applications including machine construction, scaffolding, store fixtures and display systems, transport equipment, and work benches. This swivel castor features a housing constructed from polyamide super heavy material, which provides exceptional durability and resistance to impact and wear in high-stress environments. The wheel assembly comprises a 50 mm diameter wheel with an injected polyurethane tread, delivering superior grip and floor protection whilst minimising noise during operation. The wheel is mounted on a roller bearing with damping characteristics, which ensures smooth rotation and reduces vibration transmission to the supported equipment. The overall height of the castor measures 82.5 mm, allowing for precise integration into existing equipment designs and spatial constraints. With a static load capacity of 250 kg, the Footmaster swivel castor is suitable for supporting substantial loads whilst maintaining manoeuvrability and directional control. The combination of heavy-duty polyamide housing, damped roller bearing technology, and polyurethane wheel tread creates a reliable castor system capable of withstanding the rigorous demands of industrial and commercial environments.
