The Alpha swivel castor features a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, heavy grade material and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement under load. The wheel assembly comprises a sheet steel body with solid rubber, non-marking tread material that provides excellent floor protection, whilst the roller bearing system delivers reliable performance and extended service life. With a wheel diameter of 160 mm and overall height of 195 mm, this castor offers compact yet robust construction. The dynamic load capacity is rated at 135 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, with a static load capacity of 270 kg, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications including automotive OEM, catering carts, container construction, electronic systems, machine construction, and various transport equipment where reliable mobility and load-bearing performance are essential.
