The Linea safety is an automatic locking system designed for demanding medical and industrial applications, featuring a threaded stem with hexagon neck, top fitting that ensures secure and reliable installation. The housing is constructed from polyamide material and incorporates a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism, providing smooth rotation and exceptional durability under continuous use. The wheel assembly comprises a 100 mm diameter wheel with a polyamide body and injected polyurethane tread material, paired with a precision ball bearing that delivers smooth operation and extended service life. The overall height of the unit measures 129 mm, making it suitable for integration into compact equipment designs. This caster system demonstrates impressive load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 240 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 120 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it ideal for anesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI systems, X-ray equipment, care beds, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, media furniture, medication carts, mobilisation and special needs equipment, nursing carts, ultrasound systems, and ventilators.
