The Linea safety automatic locking system features a threaded stem with hexagon neck, top fitting for secure installation. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a precision ball bearing swivel bearing for smooth operation. The wheel comprises a polyamide body with injected polyurethane tread material, supported by precision ball bearing for reliable performance, with a diameter of 100 mm. The overall height measures 129 mm, providing optimal clearance and manoeuvrability. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 120 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 240 kg. This castor is specifically designed for demanding medical and institutional applications including anaesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI, X-ray equipment, care beds, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, media furniture, medication carts, mobilisation and special needs equipment, nursing carts, ultrasound devices, and ventilators.
