The Linea load swivel castor is a precision engineered component designed for demanding mobile applications requiring reliable manoeuvrability and load support. The castor features a blind hole fitting for B10 mounting, enabling secure and straightforward installation across a diverse range of equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from polyamide, a durable engineering polymer that provides excellent chemical resistance and dimensional stability whilst maintaining a lightweight profile suitable for mobile systems. The precision ball bearing integrated into the swivel housing ensures smooth rotational movement and extended operational life under continuous use. The wheel assembly comprises a 50 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread mounted on a polyamide body, with a precision ball bearing providing smooth rolling action and minimal friction during operation. The overall height of the castor measures 50.5 mm, facilitating integration into compact equipment designs where vertical space is constrained. The load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 200 kg, permitting substantial weight support during stationary conditions, whilst the dynamic load capacity is rated at 100 kg when the castor is in motion at speeds up to 3 km/h.
