The Linea load swivel castor is a precision engineered component designed for demanding applications including AMR systems, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, furniture, media furniture, office furniture, patient lifters, and office chairs. This swivel castor features a blind hole fitting for B10 mounting, ensuring secure and reliable installation across diverse equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from polyamide, a durable engineering polymer that provides excellent chemical resistance and dimensional stability, whilst incorporating a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism to enable smooth, low-friction rotation. The wheel assembly comprises a 50 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread bonded to a polyamide body, with a precision ball bearing integrated into the wheel hub to facilitate smooth rolling motion and extended operational life. The overall height of the castor measures 50.5 mm, providing a compact profile suitable for space-constrained applications. The load capacity specifications are rated at 200 kg static load and 100 kg dynamic load at a maximum speed of 3 km/h, making this castor suitable for medium-duty applications requiring reliable performance and consistent load handling characteristics. The combination of precision ball bearings in both the swivel and wheel mechanisms ensures minimal resistance and optimal manoeuvrability, whilst the polyurethane tread provides excellent grip and floor protection across various surface types.
