The Linea load swivel castor is a precision engineered component designed for demanding applications including AMR systems, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, furniture, media furniture, office furniture, patient lifters, and office chairs. This swivel castor features a blind hole fitting for B10 mounting, ensuring secure and reliable installation across diverse equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from polyamide, a durable engineering polymer that provides excellent chemical resistance and dimensional stability, whilst incorporating a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism to facilitate smooth rotational movement and extended operational life. The wheel assembly comprises a 50 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread bonded to a polyamide body, with a precision ball bearing integrated into the wheel hub to ensure smooth rolling characteristics and minimal friction during operation. The overall height of the castor measures 50.5 mm, providing a compact profile suitable for space-constrained applications. The load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 200 kg, permitting sustained weight support in stationary conditions, whilst the dynamic load capacity is rated at 100 kg when the castor is in motion at speeds up to 3 km/h.
