The Linea clinic is a swivel castor with central, total lock, designed for demanding healthcare environments and equipped with a stem with cam hole for profile bars in short version for secure mounting to medical equipment. The housing is constructed from polyamide with a precision ball bearing for smooth swivel operation, whilst the fitting incorporates a stem mechanism that requires sealing in the fitting area by the hospital bed manufacturer for washable beds to ensure hygiene compliance. The wheel features a 125 mm diameter with an injected polyurethane tread mounted on a polyamide body, supported by a precision stainless steel ball bearing to deliver reliable performance and durability in high-frequency use environments. The castor achieves an overall height of 130 mm, providing optimal clearance for various medical applications. Load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 300 kg, whilst dynamic load capacity reaches 150 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h and 150 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for anesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI and X-ray equipment, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, hospital beds, medication carts, nursing and retirement homes, nursing carts, stretchers, ultrasound systems, and ventilators.
