The Linea clinic is a swivel castor with central, total lock designed for demanding healthcare environments including anesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI and X-ray equipment, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, hospital beds, medication carts, nursing and retirement homes, nursing carts, stretchers, ultrasound systems, and ventilators. The fitting comprises a stem with cam hole for profile bars in short version, with the important caveat that washable beds must be sealed in the fitting area by the hospital bed manufacturer to ensure proper functionality and hygiene standards. The housing is constructed from polyamide material and incorporates a precision ball bearing for smooth swivel operation. The wheel features a 125 mm diameter and is equipped with a precision ball bearing in stainless steel, whilst the tread is manufactured from injected polyurethane to provide excellent durability and floor protection. The overall height of the castor measures 130 mm, making it suitable for integration into various medical equipment configurations. The load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 300 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity is rated at 150 kg at 4 km/h and 150 kg at 3 km/h, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of clinical applications and mobility requirements in healthcare facilities.
