The Integral smart plus is a swivel castor with central, total lock, designed for demanding medical and healthcare environments. The castor features a stem with cam hole for profile bars in short version, enabling secure and straightforward installation onto compatible equipment frames. The housing is constructed from light steel sheet with a precision ball bearing integrated into the swivel mechanism, ensuring smooth rotation and reliable directional control. The wheel assembly comprises a 150 mm diameter wheel with a polyamide body and injected polyurethane tread material, supported by a precision ball bearing that delivers exceptional durability and smooth rolling characteristics. The overall height of the castor measures 183 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for medical equipment. This castor demonstrates impressive load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 405 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 135 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for transporting heavy medical apparatus.
