The Integral twin swivel castor features a solid stem, round fitting with the important consideration that washable beds must be sealed in the fitting area by the hospital bed manufacturer. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, medium grade material and incorporates a precision ball bearing swivel bearing system for smooth operation. The wheel assembly consists of a polyamide body with polyurethane, injected, electric-conductive tread material, supported by precision ball bearing, sealed for reliable performance. The wheel diameter measures 100 mm with an overall height of 129 mm. Load capacity specifications include dynamic loads of 125 kg at 3 km/h and 125 kg at 4 km/h, whilst the static load capacity reaches 375 kg. This castor is specifically designed for demanding medical applications including anaesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI, X-ray equipment, care beds, hospital beds, hospitals, nursing and retirement homes, surgery robots, surgery tables, and ultrasound equipment.
