The Integral twin load is a swivel castor with central, total lock, designed for demanding medical and precision equipment applications including C-Arms, CT Scanners, MRI, X-Ray systems, hospital beds, microscopic equipment, surgery robots and surgery tables. The castor is fitted with a stem with cam hole for profile bars in short version, enabling secure and flexible mounting on various equipment frames. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet with a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism, ensuring smooth rotation and reliable directional control. The wheel features a 150 mm diameter and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation, whilst the tread is manufactured from injected polyurethane bonded to a polyamide body, providing excellent durability and floor protection. The overall height of the castor is 193 mm, making it suitable for integration into compact equipment designs. The load capacity specifications are as follows: static load capacity of 750 kg, with dynamic load capacities of 250 kg at 4 km/h and 250 kg at 3 km/h, ensuring reliable performance across a range of operational speeds and load conditions typical of medical and surgical environments.
