The ICS swivel castor features a threaded stem with hexagon neck, top fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a stem, swiveling bearing system that enables smooth directional changes under load. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide, electric conductive body fitted with an injected polyurethane, electric-conductive tread that provides excellent grip whilst maintaining electrical conductivity throughout operation. The wheel runs on precision ball bearing, sealed units that ensure reliable performance and extended service life. With a wheel diameter of 125 mm and an overall height of 162 mm, this castor offers compact dimensions suitable for space-constrained installations. The dynamic load capacity reaches 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, whilst the static load capacity extends to 200 kg, making it ideal for care beds and similar healthcare applications requiring both mobility and electrical safety.
