The ICS swivel castor features a threaded stem with hexagon neck, top fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a stem, swiveling bearing system that ensures smooth directional changes under load. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide, electric conductive body fitted with polyurethane, injected, electric-conductive tread material, providing excellent grip whilst maintaining electrical conductivity throughout operation. The wheel is supported by precision ball bearing, sealed units that guarantee reliable performance and extended service life. With a wheel diameter of 100 mm and an overall height of 137 mm, this castor delivers a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, whilst supporting static loads of up to 200 kg, making it ideally suited for care beds and similar healthcare applications requiring smooth mobility and electrical safety.
