The Agila fixed castor is a robust mobility solution engineered for demanding commercial and healthcare environments. This unit features a rectangular plate fitting that ensures secure and straightforward installation on various equipment and furniture bases. The housing is constructed from medium steel sheet and incorporates two ball races within the swivel bearing assembly, providing smooth rotational movement and reliable directional control. The wheel measures 75 mm in diameter and is equipped with a plain bearing for dependable performance. The wheel tread is manufactured from thermoplastic rubber with electric-conductive properties, whilst the wheel body is composed of polypropylene with electric conductive characteristics, making this castor suitable for environments where static electricity dissipation is critical. The overall height of the castor is 100 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for most applications. This fixed castor demonstrates impressive load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 150 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 75 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h. The Agila is specifically designed for use in care beds, catering carts and meal delivery systems, hospitals, nursing and retirement homes, professional cleaning carts, and store fixtures and display applications, where reliability, durability, and electrostatic control are essential requirements.
