The Agila fixed castor is a robust mobility solution engineered for demanding commercial and healthcare environments, featuring a square plate fitting that ensures secure and straightforward installation onto equipment and furniture. The housing is constructed from medium-grade steel sheet, providing excellent durability and resistance to the rigorous demands of professional settings such as care beds, catering carts and meal delivery systems, hospitals, nursing and retirement homes, professional cleaning carts, and store fixtures and display applications. The wheel assembly comprises a 50 mm diameter design with a solid rubber, non-marking tread material that protects floors from damage whilst delivering reliable traction and manoeuvrability. The wheel is supported by a cone ball bearing, which ensures smooth rotation and extended operational longevity. The overall height of the castor measures 69 mm, making it suitable for integration into compact and space-constrained applications. The castor demonstrates a static load capacity of 80 kg per unit, enabling it to support substantial stationary loads, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 40 kg when the equipment is in motion at speeds up to 3 km/h.
