The Aviana swivel castor with central, total lock features a rectangular plate with brake elements fitting system for secure mounting and operational control. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth rotational movement under load. The wheel assembly comprises a polypropylene body with thermoplastic rubber tread material, providing excellent grip and floor protection, whilst the cone ball bearing in stainless steel construction delivers reliable performance and corrosion resistance. With a wheel diameter of 75 mm, the castor has an overall height of 102 mm, making it suitable for compact applications. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, making it ideal for inflight trolleys where reliable mobility and secure locking are essential requirements.
