The Aviana is a swivel castor with central, total lock, designed for demanding applications such as inflight trolleys. The castor is fitted with a stem featuring a cam hole for profile bars in short version configuration, enabling secure and straightforward installation on compatible equipment. The housing is constructed from polyamide and incorporates two ball races within the swivel bearing assembly, ensuring smooth rotational movement and reliable directional control. The wheel measures 75 mm in diameter and features a polypropylene body with solid rubber, non-marking tread material, complemented by precision ball bearing technology that guarantees smooth operation and extended service life. The overall height of the castor is 104.5 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for typical trolley applications. The castor demonstrates robust load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 200 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications where reliable performance and safety are paramount requirements.
