The Maxtech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from polypropylene with a foamed polyurethane tread, designed for demanding industrial applications. With an overall diameter of 260 mm and a tread width of 75 mm, this wheel features a hub length of 74 mm and accommodates a 20 mm axle hole diameter, ensuring compatibility with standard castor assemblies. The wheel is equipped with a roller bearing for smooth operation and reliable performance across extended service cycles. The tread material provides excellent grip and durability whilst minimising noise and vibration during operation. This wheel is rated for a static load capacity of 150 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 75 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for a diverse range of applications including airport equipment, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding systems, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and general transport equipment.
