The Levina swivel castor with total lock is a precision-engineered mobility solution designed for demanding healthcare and commercial environments, featuring a bolt hole fitting that ensures secure and reliable installation on a wide range of equipment and furniture. The housing is constructed from electric conductive polyamide and incorporates two ball races within the swivel bearing assembly, providing smooth 360-degree rotation whilst maintaining exceptional stability and durability under continuous operational use. The wheel comprises a 125 mm diameter design with a polyamide electric conductive body and an injected polyurethane tread material that is also electric conductive, ensuring safe operation in sensitive environments where static electricity control is critical. The castor achieves an overall height of 161 mm, making it suitable for integration into compact and space-constrained applications without compromising manoeuvrability or accessibility. With a static load capacity of 200 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, the Levina delivers robust performance across diverse applications including anesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI and X-ray equipment, care beds, catering carts, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, medication carts, nursing carts, professional cleaning carts, shopping trolleys, store fixtures, ultrasound systems, ventilators, work benches and tool cabinets.
