The ICS is a fixed castor designed for stationary applications requiring reliable load support and stability. It features a rectangular plate fitting that provides secure attachment to equipment and furniture, with the housing manufactured from polyamide to ensure durability and resistance to wear. The wheel assembly comprises a 125 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread mounted on a polyamide body, delivering excellent floor protection and smooth operation. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing, sealed to prevent contamination and extend service life in demanding environments. With an overall height of 166 mm, the castor integrates seamlessly into compact installations whilst maintaining accessibility for maintenance. The static load capacity reaches 200 kg, providing substantial support for stationary loads, whilst the dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at 3 km/h accommodates controlled movement when required. This castor is particularly well-suited for care bed applications where stability, hygiene, and reliable performance are paramount.
