The Alpha swivel castor with total lock and bolt hole fitting features a housing made of heavy steel sheet and a two ball races swivel bearing. The wheel body is made of polyamide with a non-marking, vulcanized elastic tire tread. The wheel has a precision ball bearing and measures 100 mm in diameter. The overall height of the castor is 128 mm. At 4 km/h, the Alpha castor has a load capacity of 150 kg. Under static load conditions, the load capacity is 300 kg.
The Alpha fixed castor features a small rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet material, providing robust structural integrity and durability in demanding industrial environments. The wheel incorporates a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre, non-marking, vulcanised tread material, ensuring smooth operation whilst protecting floor surfaces from marking or damage. The castor measures 128mm in overall height with a wheel diameter of 100mm, making it suitable for medium-duty applications.
