The Integral twin load is a swivel castor with central, total or directional lock, designed for demanding medical and precision equipment applications including C-Arms, CT Scanners, MRI, X-Ray systems, hospital beds, microscopic equipment, surgery robots and surgery tables. The castor is fitted with a stem with cam hole for profile bars in short version, enabling secure and straightforward installation onto compatible equipment frames. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet with a precision ball bearing integrated into the swivel mechanism, ensuring smooth rotation and reliable directional control under operational conditions. The wheel features a 150 mm diameter and comprises a polyamide body with an injected polyurethane tread, supported by a precision ball bearing that facilitates smooth rolling motion and extended service life. The overall height of the castor assembly measures 193 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for typical medical equipment configurations. The load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 750 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 250 kg when operating at speeds up to 4 km/h, making this castor suitable for both stationary positioning and controlled mobility applications in healthcare and laboratory environments.
