The Linea swivel castor with total lock is a precision-engineered mobility solution designed for demanding healthcare and professional environments, featuring a bolt hole fitting that ensures secure and reliable installation on various equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a precision ball bearing for smooth swivel operation, enabling 360-degree rotation with controlled locking capability. The wheel assembly comprises a 100 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread mounted on a polyamide body, supported by a precision stainless steel ball bearing that delivers exceptional durability and corrosion resistance in sterile and wet environments. The castor achieves an overall height of 118 mm, providing optimal clearance and manoeuvrability for equipment requiring compact dimensions. Load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 240 kg, ensuring stability when equipment is stationary, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 120 kg at operational speeds of up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for continuous movement in clinical settings.
