The Forma is a swivel castor with central locking (directional lock, free, wheel lock) designed for precision mobility applications. It features a stem with cam hole for profile bars, short version fitting that ensures secure attachment to equipment frames. The housing is constructed from zinc-die-casting/aluminium materials and incorporates a precision ball bearing swivel bearing system for smooth directional movement. The wheel comprises a polyamide body with an elastic tyre, non-marking, vulcanised tread material, supported by precision ball bearing technology for reliable operation. With a wheel diameter of 150 mm, the castor has an overall height of 177 mm. The dynamic load capacity is rated at 135 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for demanding medical applications including anaesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI, X-ray equipment, medication carts, nursing carts, and ultrasound systems.
