The Kappa load swivel castor is a heavy-duty mobility solution engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automotive OEM operations, ceramic and glass manufacturing, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate that provides secure attachment to host equipment whilst maintaining design flexibility across various mounting configurations. The housing is constructed from iron forged, heavy-grade material, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and durability under sustained operational stress, and incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing within the swivel mechanism to facilitate smooth, reliable rotation and load distribution. The wheel features a 300 mm diameter with a cast iron body and PUR casted premium tread material, combined with precision ball bearing technology to deliver superior rolling performance and extended service life. The overall height of the castor measures 355 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for standard industrial applications. The load capacity specifications are rated at 2400 kg static load, with dynamic load ratings of 1200 kg at 6 km/h and 1440 kg at 4 km/h, enabling precise selection based on specific operational speed and load requirements.
