The Kappa load swivel castor is a heavy-duty mobility solution engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automotive OEM operations, ceramic and glass manufacturing, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate that provides secure and stable mounting to host equipment. The housing comprises iron forged, heavy-duty construction that incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing, ensuring smooth rotational movement and exceptional durability under continuous operational stress. The wheel features a 250 mm diameter design with a cast iron body and PUR casted premium tread material, supported by precision ball bearings that deliver reliable performance and extended service life. The overall height of the assembly measures 305 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for most industrial platforms and equipment bases. This castor demonstrates impressive load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 2400 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 1200 kg at 6 km/h or 1440 kg at 4 km/h, accommodating various operational speeds and load distributions.
