The Kappa swivel castor is a heavy-duty mobility solution engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automotive OEM operations, ceramic and glass manufacturing, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. The castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate that provides secure mounting to host equipment and structures. The housing is constructed from heavy forged iron and incorporates two ball races with reinforced or stainless steel construction, ensuring exceptional durability and smooth rotational performance under continuous operational stress. The wheel features a 160 mm diameter and is manufactured from PUR casted premium material, which delivers superior wear resistance and load distribution characteristics. The wheel is supported by a precision ball bearing that enables smooth, reliable rotation with minimal friction and maintenance requirements. The overall height of the assembly measures 205 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for typical industrial trolley and equipment applications. The castor demonstrates impressive load-carrying capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1600 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, accommodating various operational speeds and load scenarios.
