The Kappa swivel castor is a precision engineered component designed for demanding industrial applications, featuring a medium rectangular plate fitting that ensures secure and versatile mounting across diverse equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from heavy forged iron with two ball races, reinforced or stainless, providing exceptional durability and reliable swivel performance under continuous operational stress. The wheel assembly comprises a 125 mm diameter design with a PUR casted premium tread material mounted on an aluminium body, combined with precision ball bearing technology to deliver smooth rotation and extended service life. With an overall height of 170 mm, the castor integrates seamlessly into existing trolley and equipment designs whilst maintaining optimal manoeuvrability and stability. The load capacity specifications indicate a static rating of 1000 kg, with dynamic load ratings of 400 kg at 6 km/h and 500 kg at 4 km/h, accommodating a wide range of operational speeds and load scenarios.
