The Kappa load swivel castor is a heavy-duty mobility solution engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automotive OEM operations, ceramic and glass manufacturing, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate that provides secure attachment to host equipment whilst maintaining structural integrity under operational stress. The housing comprises iron forged, heavy-duty construction that incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing, ensuring smooth rotational movement and extended service life in high-frequency swivel applications. The wheel features a 125 mm diameter design with a cast iron body and PUR casted premium tread material, supported by precision ball bearings that deliver reliable performance across varied floor surfaces and environmental conditions. The overall height of the assembly measures 170 mm, providing appropriate ground clearance for standard industrial trolley and equipment configurations. The castor demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capability with a static load capacity of 1100 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 550 kg at 6 km/h or 660 kg at 4 km/h, enabling flexible deployment across applications requiring variable speed operation.
