The Forma is a swivel castor with central, total or directional lock, featuring a stem with cam hole for profile bars, short version fitting for secure attachment to equipment. The housing is constructed from zinc-die-casting and aluminium materials with a precision ball bearing swivel mechanism ensuring smooth directional changes and long-lasting performance. The wheel incorporates a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre, non-marking, vulcanised tread material and precision ball bearing for reliable operation, with a diameter of 125 mm providing excellent manoeuvrability. The castor has an overall height of 154 mm, making it suitable for various medical equipment applications. The dynamic load capacity is rated at 135 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it ideal for anesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI, X-ray equipment, medication carts, nursing carts, and ultrasound devices.
