The Forma swivel castor with central, total or directional lock features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from zinc-die-casting and aluminium materials, incorporating a precision ball bearing swivel bearing system for smooth directional movement. The wheel comprises a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre that is non-marking and vulcanised, supported by precision ball bearings for optimal rolling performance. The wheel diameter measures 125 mm, whilst the overall height of the complete assembly is 180 mm. The castor provides a dynamic load capacity of 125 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including anaesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI, X-ray equipment, medication carts, nursing carts, and ultrasound devices.
