The Forma swivel castor features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from zinc-die-casting and aluminium materials, incorporating a precision ball bearing swivel mechanism for smooth directional changes. The wheel comprises a polyamide body with an elastic tyre that is non-marking and vulcanised, mounted on precision ball bearings for optimal rolling performance. The wheel diameter measures 150 mm, whilst the overall height of the complete assembly is 207 mm. The castor provides a dynamic load capacity of 135 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including anaesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI equipment, X-ray machines, medication carts, nursing carts, and ultrasound devices where reliable mobility and floor protection are essential requirements.
