The Forma swivel castor features a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from zinc-die-casting and aluminium materials, incorporating a precision ball bearing swivel mechanism for smooth directional changes. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide body with an elastic tyre, non-marking, vulcanised tread material, mounted on precision ball bearings for optimal rolling performance. The wheel diameter measures 125 mm, whilst the overall height of the complete castor unit is 154 mm. The dynamic load capacity is rated at 125 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for demanding medical equipment applications including anaesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI, X-ray equipment, medication carts, nursing carts, and ultrasound devices where reliable mobility and floor protection are essential requirements.
