The Alpha safety automatic locking system features a plate with central locking fitting for secure installation. The housing is constructed from heavy stainless steel with a fixed housing swivel bearing configuration, providing robust durability and stability. The wheel incorporates a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre that is non-marking and vulcanised, mounted on precision ball bearings that are sealed for reliable performance. The wheel diameter measures 200mm, whilst the overall height of the unit is 240mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 350kg at speeds up to 4km/h and a static load capacity of 700kg. This versatile castor is suitable for demanding applications including automotive OEM, container construction, fire fighting technology and fire protection, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment.
