The Alpha safety automatic locking system features a plate with central locking fitting for secure attachment. The housing is constructed from heavy stainless steel with a fixed housing swivel bearing configuration, providing robust durability and stability. The wheel incorporates a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre that is non-marking and vulcanised, mounted on precision ball bearings that are sealed for reliable performance. The wheel diameter measures 160 mm, whilst the overall height of the complete assembly is 200 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 300 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h and a static load capacity of 600 kg. This versatile castor is suitable for automotive OEM applications, container construction, fire fighting technology and fire protection, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment.
