The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 50 mm in width. The wheel features a diameter of 250 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length measures 60 mm, with an axle hole diameter of 25 mm designed for secure mounting. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, supporting a static load capacity of 2880 kg. For dynamic applications, the wheel accommodates loads of 1200 kg at speeds up to 6 km/h or 1440 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The Novatech wheel is specifically engineered for use across diverse applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment.
