We can accomodate your color specifications for almost all of our products, and not just for surface finishing. Color matching for solid-colored plastics presents a special challenge. We have extensive expertise, in-depth knowledge and the technical infrastructure that enables us to create shades of color according to your specifications of your corporate design.
The first step is to measure your chosen color photometrically and analyze it using special measurement devices. Based on this data, and taking into account all of the critical process parameters, the exact color formulation is created. In the laboratory, the result is compared with the desired color and verified. If the color corresponds exactly to your specifications, it is stored as a reference sample with the relevant process data in our customer library.
This allows us to pull up your color at any time and generate it again. Therefore, if you have special requirements regarding color, for instance, matching neighboring surfaces and materials, you can rely completely on our experience and expertise in this area.
