Award-winning TENTE casters: Levina and Integral

Two TENTE products, the Levina plastic caster and the Integral smart caster, have already received the Universal Design Award. The Levina impressed the jury with its multifunctionality. It is remarkable for its perfect balance of impeccable design and state-of-the-art technology. The existing TENTE design was taken up and developed further, of course without abandaning the core qualities, a clear and minimal design. The caster is made of high quality plastic and is therefore largely resistant to all detergents and disinfectants. This makes it ideal for use in the food industry. Its solid housing ensures a long service life and it was instrumental in winning the Universal Design Award.

 

The Integral smart is an additional development of the Integral hospital bed caster, which was first created in 1998. It performed well in the Universal Design Award by virtue of its simple, elegant appearance and unostentatious design, which allow it to blend perfectly with the overall appearance of differnt hospital beds. The caster technology meets the exacting requirements of the medical sector, where safety and environmental issues are becoming more and more important as workloads increase.
