The Linea clinic is a swivel castor with central, total lock, designed for demanding healthcare environments and medical equipment applications. The castor is fitted with a stem with cam hole for profile bars in short version, enabling secure and straightforward installation onto compatible equipment frames. The housing is constructed from polyamide and incorporates a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism, ensuring smooth rotational movement and reliable directional control. The wheel features a 100 mm diameter and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for optimal rolling performance. The tread is manufactured from injected polyurethane, providing excellent durability, chemical resistance, and floor protection characteristics essential for hospital environments. The overall height of the castor is 118 mm, accommodating standard equipment configurations. The castor demonstrates robust load-bearing capabilities with a static load capacity of 240 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 120 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for a comprehensive range of medical applications including anesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI systems, X-ray equipment, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, hospital beds, medication carts, nursing carts, stretchers, ultrasound systems, and ventilators.
