The housing is constructed from stainless steel, heavy grade material and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement and enhanced durability. The wheel utilizes plastic thermoset, heat-resistant material for both the body and tread, providing identical composition throughout for consistent performance, while employing a dry bearing bush system for reliable operation. With a wheel diameter of 3.94 inches, the caster has an overall height of 5.04 inches. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 275.58 lb at speeds up to 2.49 mph and a static load capacity of 551.16 lb, making it suitable for demanding applications including catering carts and meal delivery systems, container construction, electronic systems and clean-room technology, fire fighting technology and fire protection, machine construction, and transport equipment.
