At TENTE, our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability is not just an obligation, it is ingrained in our company's DNA. It's not about following regulations; it's about embodying our commitment to continuous improvement.

Our mission is simple: we want to be a better company, a better workplace, a better communicator, more sustainable, more efficient and, above all, more inspiring for our customers. This ambition drives us to go beyond industry norms and set new standards in CSR and sustainability.

In 2023, we took an important step forward and set up a dedicated department that deals exclusively with CSR and sustainability. This department serves as the engine of our "TENTE cares" initiative. It sets ambitious targets and performance indicators and manages projects that are in line with our CSR vision.

UN Global Compact

TENTE International is a member of the UN Global Compact Group, encompassing the entire TENTE family of companies. We officially joined this global initiative in February 2023, reaffirming our commitment to upholding the UN's 10 Leadership Principles and supporting its sustainability goals. As part of our commitment, we undertake to submit an annual Communication on Progress (CoP) report to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to these principles.

The core values of our new TENTE cares department are deeply rooted in the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We are currently focusing our efforts on three specific goals: Gender Equality (Goal #5), Responsible Consumption and Production (Goal #12) and Climate Action (Goal #13).
