The Alpha stainless swivel castor features a bolt hole fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from stainless steel, heavy grade material and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement. The wheel comprises a 100mm diameter construction with an aluminium body material and damping, heat resistant tread material, supported by a dry bearing bush for reliable operation. The castor has an overall height of 128mm, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Load specifications include a static capacity of 160kg and a dynamic capacity of 80kg at speeds up to 4km/h, making it ideal for catering carts and meal delivery systems, container construction, electronic systems and clean-room technology, fire fighting technology and fire protection, machine construction, and transport equipment applications.
