The Ultratech plus wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with an Ultratech Polyurethane, casted tread measuring 50 mm in width. This wheel features a diameter of 200 mm and a hub length of 60 mm, with an axle hole diameter of 20 mm to accommodate standard mounting configurations. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation and optimal performance. It demonstrates a static load capacity of 1600 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM requirements, ceramic and glass manufacturing, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems.
