Payment and Delivery Options

Shipment:
For shipments up to 120 kg, delivery is handled via DHL parcel service. Billing is calculated per each started 20 kg. The costs per package are as follows: €9.50 for shipments within Germany and €17.50 for shipments to Austria. This means that, for example, a weight of 20.1 kg to 40 kg is charged twice, 40.1 kg to 60 kg three times, and 60.1 kg to 120 kg four times the respective package price.

For shipments over 120 kg, delivery is carried out by the freight carrier Nörpel. For shipments between 120 kg and 160 kg within Germany, the shipping cost is €120.00 on a small single-use pallet. For shipments over 160 kg within Germany, the shipping cost increases to €140.00 for a large single-use pallet. For Austria, the same weight brackets apply: between 120 kg and 160 kg the cost is €150.00 on a small single-use pallet, and for shipments over 160 kg the cost is €170.00 on a large single-use pallet.

Purchases are made exclusively on account, payable within 14 days net.
