The Ultratech plus wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring a 160 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide tread manufactured from Ultratech Polyurethane, casted for optimal durability and performance. The wheel incorporates an aluminium body with a hub length of 60 mm and an axle hole diameter of 20 mm, accommodating a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation. This wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 1600 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems.
