The Ultratech plus wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring a 160 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide tread manufactured from Ultratech Polyurethane, casted for superior durability and performance. The wheel is constructed with an aluminium body and equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation, whilst the hub measures 60 mm in length with a 20 mm axle hole diameter. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, supporting a static load capacity of 1600 kg, and dynamic load capacities of 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems.
