The Ultratech Wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This wheel features a 160 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide tread manufactured from Ultratech Polyurethane, casted for superior durability and performance. The aluminium body is paired with a precision ball bearing and accommodates an axle hole diameter of 20 mm, whilst the hub extends 60 mm in length. The wheel delivers a static load capacity of 1600 kg, with dynamic load capacities of 640 kg at 6 km/h and 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-duty applications across diverse industrial environments.
