The Radiata turtle castor features a large rectangular plate fitting designed for secure mounting in demanding industrial applications. The housing is constructed from iron forged, heavy material and incorporates a precision ball bearing swivel mechanism to ensure smooth directional changes and long-lasting performance. The wheel assembly consists of a steel, iron body fitted with a casted polyurethane tread that provides excellent floor protection and quiet operation, whilst the precision ball bearing within the wheel guarantees effortless rolling motion. With an 80mm wheel diameter and an overall height of 166mm, this castor offers compact yet robust construction. The dynamic load capacity reaches 1500kg at speeds up to 3km/h, making it ideally suited for AMR systems and other automated material handling equipment where reliability and precision are essential requirements.
