The housing is constructed from iron forged, heavy material and incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing for reliable swivel operation. The wheel comprises a polyamide, super heavy body with tread material identical to the wheel body, mounted on precision ball bearings for smooth rolling performance. With a wheel diameter of 200 mm, the castor has an overall height of 275 mm. Load capacity specifications include dynamic loads of 6,500 kg at 4 km/h and 3,200 kg at 6 km/h, with a static load capacity of 9,750 kg.
