The Alpha stainless is a swivel castor engineered for demanding industrial applications. The unit features a bolt hole fitting for secure mounting to equipment frames. The housing is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel and incorporates a precision two ball race swivel bearing system, ensuring smooth directional changes and enhanced durability in corrosive environments. The wheel assembly comprises a robust polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre tread that is non-marking and vulcanised for superior floor protection and longevity. The wheel operates on sealed precision ball bearings for reduced friction and maintenance requirements. The wheel diameter measures 125 mm, whilst the overall height of the complete assembly is 155 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 150 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h and a static load rating of 300 kg, making it suitable for medium to heavy-duty mobile equipment applications.
