The Alpha stainless is a heavy-duty swivel castor engineered for demanding industrial applications. The castor features a bolt hole fitting for secure mounting to equipment frames. The housing is constructed from heavy-grade stainless steel and incorporates a precision two ball race swivel bearing system, ensuring smooth 360-degree rotation and exceptional durability in corrosive environments. The wheel assembly comprises a robust polyamide body with an injected polyurethane tread, providing excellent floor protection and quiet operation. The wheel is supported by stainless steel roller bearings and measures 125 mm in diameter. The castor has an overall height of 155 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 200 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h and a static load rating of 400 kg, making it suitable for heavy industrial trolleys and equipment.
