The Galea stainless is a swivel castor designed for industrial applications requiring electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The unit features a bolt hole fitting for secure mounting to equipment. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a precision swivel bearing system utilising two ball races, available in either reinforced or stainless steel configurations for enhanced durability and smooth rotation. The wheel assembly comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with a thermoplastic rubber tread that maintains electrical conductivity throughout the contact surface. The wheel operates on precision stainless steel ball bearings and measures 125 mm in diameter. The overall height of the complete castor assembly is 162 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, making it suitable for medium-duty mobile equipment applications.
